Noarlunga United is excited to announce that we are currently seeking expressions of interest for the role of Junior Technical Director. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified, enthusiastic, and experienced individual who is passionate about youth development in soccer and eager to make a meaningful impact within our club.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership of Junior and Mini Coaching: Take primary ownership of the coaching programs for our junior and mini teams, ensuring a structured and supportive environment for player and coach development.
Promoting Club Culture: Help foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful club culture that encourages participation and teamwork among all members.
Safe & Inclusive Environment: Ensure that all activities are conducted in a manner that prioritizes the safety and well-being of our players, coaches, and families.
Sustainable Coaching System: Develop and maintain coaching systems that provide our mini and junior coaches with the resources, guidance, and support they need to nurture future soccer talent.

Ideal Candidate

We are seeking someone who:

Holds relevant coaching qualifications and has demonstrated experience in youth soccer development.
Is enthusiastic about working with young players and supporting the growth of fellow coaches.
Possesses strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
