2024 Young Female Athlete Conference

Supporting female athletes along their journey to be their best FSA is proud to host an interactive conference & breakfast for young female athletes (ages 12-18) across all sporting codes. Athletes will hear from a variety of speakers, current & former players whose stories and insights help develop skills, attributes, and provide tools to assist achieving success in sport and in life.

Topics include female well-being, mental health, sport +menstruation, nutrition, and an interactive Q & A panel session.
