F45 Training Seaford/Aldinga
Is it Football 🏈 or Soccer ⚽️?
Last night we hosted the Noarlunga United Soccer club’s Amateur team and put them through some different pre-season paces.
The lads brought their A Game and gave our Triple Threat cardio session a good shot.
The comradeship and strength of this team was obvious in the sounds of their taunts to get each other over that last 1 minute set 🤣
We look forward to having them again and wish them all the success for the coming season.
